2012 Feria Latina de la Vivienda

La 2012 Feria Latina de la Vivienda incluirá cientos de personas y compañías de bienes raíces, prestamistas, organizaciones sin fines de lucro, así como agencias estatales, federales e internacionales.

Asimismo, Hacienda CDC ofrecerá seminarios gratuitos acerca del proceso para adquirir una casa nueva. Los participantes podrán aprender cómo prepararse para adquirir una vivienda y también, cómo pueden prevenir el embargo, especialmente para aquellas familias que enfrentan este problema.

Las personas que esten interesadas en asistir a los seminarios podrán inscribirse el día del evento. Habrá un área designada para que los pequeños se diviertan, dibujen y habrá premios y regalos para ellos.
 

14th Annual Latino Home Fair

The 14th Annual Latino Home Fair will bring hundreds of people and exhibitors together, including lenders, real estate companies, non-profit housing agencies, insurance agencies, state and federal agencies for a day-long family friendly event!

The fair will consist of hourly home buying and foreclosure prevention seminars. Attendees can connect with valuable resources that will help them prepare for homeownership or equip themselves for preventing foreclosure.

Individuals wishing to register for a seminar may do so the day of the event. The public is welcome and admission is free. There will also be a children's fun area, down-payment assistance raffle and door prizes.
